Issue notice to respondents returnable on 13.12.2024. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of both the respondents.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that co-accused against whom also there are allegations of having assaulted the

- 2 - informant with weapons, are granted interim relief and their liberty is protected. Having regard to this fact, liberty of the applicants is protected till next date of hearing. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest of applicants Aves Shaikh Saeed Pinjari, Sahhil Alias Bablu Shabbir (Gabbar) Bagwan and Shaikh Atik Shaikhsikandar Khatik (Atik Builder) in connection with Crime No. 0212/2024, registered with Dondaicha Police Station, District Dhule, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 74, 125, 189, 190, 191, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 37(1), 37(3) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, they be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) each with one surety each in the like amount.

(ii) They shall attend the concerned police station once in a week.

(iii) They shall not contact the witnesses directly or indirectly.

(iv) They shall not interfere with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.

- 3 - (v) They are further directed to cooperate the investigating agency for further investigation. (vi) Learned APP to communicate this order to the concerned Investigating Officer.
