Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 433/2024 dated 5.9.2024 registered with Aundha Nagnath Police Station, District Hingoli for the offences punishable under sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 189(2), 189(4), 190, 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 351(3), 352 of B.N.S., 2023.

This Court by order dated 2.12.2024 has granted interim protection to the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in pursuance of the interim protection, the applicant has attended the police station and extended all the cooperation with the investigation. The learned APP submits that recovery is made at the instance of the applicant. 4.

Considering that during the incident one witness has sustained simple injury to his leg and that the applicant has cooperated with the investigation after granting interim protection, I deem it appropriate to confirm the interim protection.

ABA 2030/24 5.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted on 2..12.2024 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.

ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicant shall not involved in similar kind of offence and if the applicant is found to be involved in similar kind of offence again, the anticipatory bail granted today is liable to be cancelled. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
