Mr. R. N. Dhorde, learned Senior Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants have applied for quashing of the FIR on the ground that the FIR cannot be registered under Section 154 of the Cr.P.C. for offences under the Factories Act and only proceedings under the Factories Act can be initiated.

The learned Senior Advocate further submits that in view of the interim order dated 09.12.2024, passed by this court, the applicants have co-operated with the investigation and has remained present in the police station.

The learned Senior Advocate further submits that the matter for quashing of FIR bearing Criminal Writ Petition No.1974 of 2024 is likely to be listed on 24.01.2025.

Considering the same, list this matter on 27.03.2025. 5.
