DATE : 20.02.2024 During pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been served with show cause notice dated 22.12.2023 issued by respondent No.4 - Additional Director General, DGGI, Nagpur. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that summonses issued to the petitioner have been kept in abeyance by this Court, however, the enquiry was completed and show cause notice has been issued. The petitioner seeks for interim relief to keep the show cause notice in abeyance as the notice mandates to Prity
2 / 2 11.appw25.2024 file reply within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice i.e. from 23.01.2024.

Mr. Bhattad, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 undertakes to file reply today to this application. Above facts necessitates us to decide this application on merits and till that time the petitioner shall not be put in prejudice. 3.
In view of that, we direct that no adverse steps shall be taken against petitioner for not filing reply till the next date and extend the period for filing reply by four weeks from today.
