1.

Learned advocates for applicants in Anticipatory Bail Applications No. 518/2024 and 520/2024 submits that though charge sheet is filed in the present crime, applicants are not arrayed as accused in the same.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.

In the event of arrest of applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 518/2024- Ganesh Trimbak Shelke and applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 520/2024- Popat Shivaji Awad in connection with Crime No. 17/2024 registered with Majalgaon City Police Station, Dist. Beed for offences punishable under sections 409, 420, 467, 468 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, 1999, they be released on executing Personal Bond and Surety Bond of Rs. 15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount.

Applicants shall attend the concerned police station from 1st May, 2024 to 5th May, 2024, everyday, between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, and shall co-operate in the investigation.

{4} Applicants shall not tamper the prosecution evidence. 5.

Stand over to 10th June, 2024.
