In view of the order passed by this Court on 14th March, 2024, it appears that while extending the period for completing the enquiry, the State should serve aggrieved party before moving this Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a copy of the present application has been served on the original petitioner no.1 through e-mail. He also submits that time SKNair

The reason for extending the same is, due to Code of Conduct the Collector was busy in the election program so also the State was in the process of challenging the judgment and order passed by this Court on 10th November, 2023 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

As the copy of the application appears to have been sent through e-mail to petitioner no.1, place this matter tomorrow i.e. 14th June, 2024 for further consideration.
