Heard the petitioner in person through Video Conferencing. The first and the foremost fact which he points out that as per the order passed by this Court on 27.06.2024, the Registry was directed to separate the letters from the proceedings and place them in appropriate proceedings. According to him, this has not been done. If, this has not been done by the Registry, we once again direct the Registry to take up that task and separate the letters and place them in appropriate proceedings before the next date.

Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India submits that he has filed reply in Criminal Writ Petition 222 of 2024 and supplied the copy for serving it to the petitioner in person. We direct the Registry to send the copy of the said reply or the said reply itself, to the petitioner in person by post immediately as early as possible or it may also be given in a PDF format to the jail authorities for serving it on the petitioner in person. 3.
As regards Criminal Writ Petition 233 of 2024 is concerned, the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India seeks accommodation to file the reply. Such reply to be filed within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same be given for the other side.

Learned APP is also seeking time to file reply. Such reply be filed within a period of two weeks from today.

Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India also points that in respect of Criminal Writ Petition No. 222 of 2024 certain annexures have not been made available to him and therefor, we direct the Registry to supply the copies of those annexures i.e except till 'X' within a period of two weeks from today.

Place these two matters for further consideration on 09.08.2024.
