DECEMBER 12, 2025 ORDER :- Mr.Jamalpurkar, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 7, objects maintainability of the present matter filed under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has come into force with effect from 01.07.2024. He, therefore, prays that the application may be rejected as not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeking cancellation of bail, orally prays to amend the present application and the title clause accordingly.
