The learned Counsel for the applicant has raised concerns regarding the violation of the order granting anticipatory bail to respondent No. 4 (accused Nikhil Sunil Dalvi). The order in question was issued by the Special Judge for cases under the POCSO Act and Additional Sessions Judge-5, Ahmednagar.

Liberty is granted to the learned Counsel for the applicant to approach the Special Judge for cases under the POCSO Act and Additional Sessions Judge-5, Ahmednagar, to seek the cancellation of the bail granted to respondent No. 4 (accused Nikhil Sunil Dalvi) on the grounds of violating the conditions of the anticipatory bail order. 3.
