Learned PP is producing the communication by Desk Officer, Law and Judiciary Department, Maharashtra State informing that the subject regarding the orders, which were passed in the present petition, was taken up in the Cabinet meeting and the Cabinet has approved. He submits that some time would be required to pass the resolution. We take the said letter on
1108_CRISMP_1_2024 record by marking Exh. 'L'.
We are not disposing of the matter at this stage, as we would consider the Government Resolution that would be issued and how the implementation of the same is proposed.
Learned PP informs that it will take two weeks time for the Government Resolution to come up. We, therefore, place the matter at 2.30 p.m. on 04.12.2025.
