This is an Application for condonation of delay in preferring an Appeal against the conviction.

The wireless message placed on record from the Superintendent, Nagpur Central Prison, Nagpur shows that, the Applicant/Appellant Dadarao Govardhey Bansod died at Casualty Ward, Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur. The said wireless message is marked as Article '1'.

This being the Appeal against the conviction, issue notice to the widow of the deceased Dadarao as whether she wish to pursue the Appeal, returnable after four weeks. The said notice be served through the concerned Police Station. The learned A.P.P. shall inform the concerned Police Station.
