This is an application for condonation of 96 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 24.04.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Napgur. The appellant/accused has been sentenced

2/3 to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and to pay a fine of Rs.5000/-, in default of payment of fine to suffer R.I. for six months for the offence punishable under Sections 304-II read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 96 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. 6.

The appeal be registered.
