This is an application for leave to file appeal. The appeal is against the judgment and order dated 08.11.2018, passed by the 11th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur in Summary Criminal Case No.18564/2018, by which the respondents are acquitted from the charges punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
