Criminal Appeal (St) No. 2246/2024 along with Criminal Application (APPA) No. 290/2024 is filed by Shri A.S. Londhe, learned Counsel and Criminal Appeal (St) No. 1503/2023 along with Criminal Application (APPA) No. 330/2023 is filed by Shri G.L. Agrawal, learned Counsel. This Court sought instructions from the Appellant through Jail Superintendent as to which Appeal he wants to continue.
(2) As per the communication dated ___/12/2024, the Appellant is willing to continue the Proceedings filed by Shri A.S. Londhe, learned
Counsel. Shri Londhe, learned Counsel, who is present through V.C., has confirmed this fact.
(3) Accordingly, the Criminal Application (APPA) No. 330/2023 along with Criminal Appeal (St) No. 1503/2023 is hereby dismissed. The Proceedings in Criminal Application (APPA) No. 290/2024 along with Criminal Appeal (St) No. 2246/2024 is continued. (4) The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur to quantify the honorarium of Shri G.L. Agrawal, learned Counsel, if any, as per the Rules.
