By this application, the appellant is seeking interim relief in connection with Crime No.186/2024 registered under Sections 452, 324, 323, 427, 506(2) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the recitals of the FIR, specific allegations are made against the present applicant it reveals that present applicant has assaulted the injured on his head, due to that injured had sustained the injury on his head. Considering the specific role attributed to the present applicant,

Notice is already served on the respondent No.2, nobody appears for the respondent No.2. 4.

Learned Counsel Ms. Radha Mishra is present before the Court and is appointed to represent the respondent No.2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant shall furnish the copy of the appeal memo and other relevant documents to the appointed Counsel.
