The applicant/appellant stood prosecuted for the offence punishable under sections 302, 392 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati in Sessions Case No.435 of 2019. He has been convicted under all the offences by judgment and order dated 24/08/2023 and the applicant wants to challenge the said conviction.
