The applicant/appellant stood prosecuted for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pusad, District Yavatmal in Sessions Case No.63 of 2017. He has been convicted under the said offence by judgment and order dated 22/09/2022 and the applicant wants to challenge the said conviction.
