By this application, the applicant is seeking cancellation of bailable warrant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the non-appearance of the applicant is not willful as the applicant has changed his residence and was not residing at the last known address and therefore, he could not follow up the matter in order to provide appropriate instructions to his counsel.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, bail warrant is cancelled, subject to the penalty of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited with the Vidharbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur on or before next date. 4.
