This is an application for condonation of 9 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 02.04.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-13, Nagpur. The appellant/accused has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for twenty years and to pay a fine of Rs.15,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 376-D read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 9 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.
