This is an application for condonation of 98 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 18.03.2024, passed by the learned Extra Joint District Judge & Additional Sessions Judge (Special Judge, POCSO Court), Nagpur. The appellant/accused has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for twenty years and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 376-AB of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 5.
In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 98 days caused in filing the
