This is an application for condonation of 269 days delay in filing appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 17.05.2023, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati, in Special Case No. 68/2020, whereby the appellant/applicant is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 20 (twenty) years for the offence punishable under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The reasons have been stated in the application. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing appeal is condoned.

The appeal be registered.
