This is an application for condonation of 811 days delay in filing appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 08.04.2022 passed by learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Nagpur, whereby the appellant/applicant is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 (ten)years and to pay fine of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) for the offence punishable under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The reasons have been stated in the application. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing appeal is condoned.

The appeal be registered.

The Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of.
