This is an application for condonation of 423 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 06.05.2023, passed by the learned Extra Joint District Judge & Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur. The appellant/accused has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for twenty years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offences punishable under Sections 5(i)(ii) and (1) read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 423 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.
