The learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant submits that he is ready to pay the cheque amount which is to the tune of Rs.75,000/-. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant also seeks time to take instructions. 3.

It appears that there is an element of settlement. In view of this, both the applicant and the non-applicant shall remain present before this Court on 21/01/2026.

It is further made clear that if the nonapplicant is ready to pay the amount of Rs.75,000/- to the applicant, then he should be ready with the demand draft of Rs.75,000/- on 21/01/2026.
