The present application is filed by the appellant to place on record the additional documents, which were not included in the paper book though they are part of the record. In view of this submission, there should not be any objection on the part of the learned APP for the respondent/State. Therefore, the application is allowed.

The documents which are prayed for to be taken on record as mentioned in para 4, are permitted to place on record.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPA) NO. 909 OF 2024 By this application, the appellant is seeking permission to file application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

It appears that vide order dated 08/12/2022, the application for suspension of sentence was rejected as this Court held it appropriate to hear the matter expeditiously. It was also made clear that, if for any reason, not attributable to any of the accused, the appeals are not heard finally within the next four months, the appellants are at liberty to renew their request for suspension of sentence.

The appellants were also directed to place on record the private paper book within one week from passing of the order. It appears that, the paper book was not submitted within the same prescribed period. However, the application for extension of two weeks' time to file paper book was filed which came to be allowed, however, the liberty granted to the appellants to file fresh application for suspension of sentence was revoked. In view of the fact that, the matter is now listed for final hearing on 02/12/2024, this application is rejected.
