By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation delay which is caused in preferring the appeal under section 14A. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the appellant is behind bar and also suffering from HIV positive and therefore, she could not approach the counsel, as there is no nobody to look after her defence. As she was not aware about the legal proceedings and due to the lack of legal advice, this delay is caused. 3.
The learned APP strongly opposed the said appeal on the ground that there is no satisfactory reasons for condonation of delay.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

Perused the application from which it reveals that the delay is properly explained. In view of same, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.

On registration of the appeal, the learned APP waives notice for the State. Issue notice to the respondent No.2, returnable after two weeks.
