By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation delay which is caused in preferring the appeal against acquittal. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to financial crises and due to misguidance of the earlier counsel, eight days delay is caused in preferring the appeal. 3.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and as it is well settled that while considering the delay application, liberal approach needs to be adopted and not pedantic approach. 4.
The learned APP strongly opposed the said appeal on the ground that there is no satisfactory reasons for condonation of delay.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Addl.PP for the State.

Since there is no reasonable and sufficient cause mentioned in the application for condonation the delay of eight days, subject to the costs of Rs.2,000/-, the same is condoned. 7.
The applicant shall deposit the costs with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur, within a period of two weeks.
8.
On depositing the costs, the application for leave to file appeal be numbered and notice be issued to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
