This is an application for condonation of 360 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 31.05.2023, passed by the learned Extra Joint Additional Sessions Judge (Special Court), Wardha. The appellant/accused has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 360 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.
