This is an application for condonation of seven days delay caused in filing appeal against the impugned judgment and order of conviction and sentence passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur.

The appellant has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for 20 (twenty) years. The reasons for delay have been stated in the application.

In view of the facts stated in the application seven days delay caused in filing appeal is condoned. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
