This is an application for condonation of ten days delay caused in filing appeal against the impugned judgment and order of conviction and sentence passed by learned Sessions Judge, Wardha.

The appellant has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for 10 (ten) years. The reasons for delay have been stated in the application.

In view of the facts stated in the application ten days delay caused in filing appeal is condoned.
