This is an application for condonation of 705 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 13.07.2022, passed by the learned Special Judge, Bhandara. The appellant/accused has been sentenced to suffer
2/3 rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default, he shall further undergo rigorous imprisonment for one month.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 705 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. 7.
The appeal be registered.
