This is an application for condonation of 51 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 10.07.2024, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Wardha. The appellant/accused has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 304 (Part I) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 51 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.
