By this application, the applicant is seeking early hearing of the appeal. The applicant is behind bar since last three years.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that he has already undergone five years punishment. He is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years. Considering the ground raised in the application, early hearing is granted.
