This revision application challenges the order dated 26.04.2018 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandrapur in Regular Criminal Case No.528/2007, whereby convicting the applicants for the offence punishable under Section 9 read with Section 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for four years and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/- each and in default to pay fine, to suffer further simple imprisonment for six months.

The application also lays challenge to the order dated 06.02.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal No.69/2018 thereby dismissing the appeal of the applicants.
