The revision application challenges the order dated 26.10.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hinganghat, in Regular Criminal Case No.128 of 2017, thereby convicting the applicants under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. By another impugned order dated 20.03.2024, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hinganghat, dismissed the Criminal Appeal No.10 of 2021 confirming the judgment and order of conviction passed by the Trial Court.
