This is an application for condonation of six days delay in filing revision application against the impugned order dated 16.03.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur, in Sessions Trial No. 364/2022, whereby the application (Exh.39) made by the applicants for their discharge, came to be rejected.

The reasons have been stated in the application. In view of the reasons stated in the application, a case is made out for condonation of delay.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Delay of six days is condoned.

5.

The revision application be registered.

6.

The application stands disposed of.
