The application is filed for condonation of delay of only 45 days in filing revision application against the order of learned District and Sessions Judge-3, Gondia in respect of framing charge against the accused. The learned APP strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is no perversity in the impugned order. However, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the concerned Advocate of the applicant/accused was not present when the charge against the accused was framed. In view of the same and considering the short period of delay, it stands condoned.
