Stand over to 13.01.2025 for final hearing at admission stage.

In the meantime, the execution of impugned order is stayed subject to deposit of 50% amount of the total arrears of maintenance till today, granted in favor of the non-applicants.

After deposit of such amount, the applicant shall continue to pay half of the awarded amount of maintenance to the non-applicants regularly for each month.

5.

The non-applicants are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount as and when deposited by the applicant/husband.
