It appears that the concerned Sessions Court at Hinganghat had taken the Applicant/Accused in custody, who is produced before this Court today. The learned Counsel for Applicant/Accused submits that the Applicant would remain present regularly henceforth, and therefore, he be released on bail. 3.

As such, the Applicant/Accused is continued to be released on earlier surety. However, he shall execute fresh PR Bond of Rs.25,000/-1 before the learned trial court. 4.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

Parties are directed to rely upon the authenticated copy of this order.

The words 'along with one solvent surety in the like amount' are deleted as per order dt/-.14.12.2024.
