This is an application for condonation of delay. 2.

The notice is already served upon the non-applicant. None appeared on behalf of non-applicant.

The applicant has challenged the order of the Family Court; however, a delay was caused in preferring the revision application.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that delay is not an intentional one, but the objection was raised, as initially the appeal was filed by the present applicant. Considering the same, delay be condoned. 5.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 80 days in filing the revision application is condoned.

The revision application be numbered.

The criminal application (APPR) No. 247 of 2024 is disposed of.
