It is brought to the notice of this Court that the applicant has mentioned wrong crime number in the application, which has been percolated in the order of this Court. In view of that, applicant seeks necessary correction.

We have gone through the original police papers from which it is revealed that the Crime No.399/2019 has been wrongly mentioned Rgd.

Order 2102apl55.20 in place of Crime No.399/2018.

Hence, Application is allowed and disposed of. Applicant to carry out necessary amendment in the main application. Accordingly, in order necessary corrections be carried out where ever the said crime number is mentioned.
