I am compel to note that application for seeking permission to file charge-sheet was filed on 24.01.2024. However, neither the prosecution has circulated the matter for obtaining the order on this application nor any steps are taken to file the charge-sheet in the trial Court. 3.

Due to said conduct of the prosecution application kept pending for more than two years. 4.

Considering the gravity of the offence, by way of last chance, Investigating Officer is permitted to file chargesheet within two weeks. 5.

Application stands disposed of.
