After the disinclination is shown to grant any relief, the learned Advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the application.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn by keeping open all the legal points.

The learned Advocate for the applicants point out that he has filed Application (APPP) No.276 of 2024 for direction to the Passport Authority to renew passport of applicant No.1. 4.

The learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present before this Court, makes a statement that the charge-sheet would be filed within 15 days from today before the concerned Magistrate.

Taking into consideration the fact that the charge-sheet would be filed, it would be appropriate to direct the concerned Magistrate to consider the application by applicant No.1 for direction to the Passport Authority to renew the passport of applicant No.1. For that purpose applicant No.1 should file an application before the learned Magistrate separately after the charge-sheet is filed.
