This is an application for permission to file the charge-sheet.

In view of the order passed by this Court on 23.04.2024, learned APP informs the Court that the investigation is complete and charge-sheet is ready. He seeks leave to file the charge-sheet on behalf of Investigating Officer.

By an interim order on 15.02.2021 this Court had directed not to file charge-sheet without seeking the leave of the Court. In view of the fact that when the investigation is over, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file the charge-sheet. Such charge-sheet be filed within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the chargesheet be given to the applicant within a week thereafter. 4.

If advised, the applicant may carry out the Kavita

49-appp 775-24.odt 2/2 amendment to the application on or before 31st July 2024. Copy of the charge-sheet along with copy of the amended application be given to the Court as well as to the other side.
