By this application, the applicant is seeking modification in operative part of the order passed in Criminal Application (BA) No.371/2024, by which, the applicant is directed to attend Bajaj Nagar Police Station Nagpur once in a month i.e. first Saturday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is resident of Ballarshah, DistrictChandrapur and the crime is registered at Nagpur. In the similar type of matters, this court has permitted the

2/2 1appp371.24.odt co-accused to attend the Police Station at Ballarshah, DistrictChandrapur once in a month. 3.

In view of that, the condition no.(iii) is modified as follows :

The applicant shall attend the Police Station at Ballarshah, District-Chandrapur once in a month i.e. first Saturday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and the Police Station Officer shall record his presence. 4.

The criminal application is disposed of.
