The application is allowed and disposed of.

The Investigating Officer to file charge-sheet before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same be given to the applicant within one week thereafter. After receiving the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicant to carryout amendment to the application on or before 29/07/2024. Copy of the amended application and the charge-sheet be given to the Court as well as to the respondents in advance.
