Criminal Application No.959 of 2024 is filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer seeking permission to file the charge-sheet. By an order dated 18.09.2020, the Investigating Officer was allowed to carry out the investigation, but restrained from filing of the chargesheet. 2.

In view of the fact that the investigation is complete, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file the charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from today before the appropriate Court. Copy of the charge-sheet be given to the applicants, one week thereafter. If advised, the applicants to carry out the amendment on or before 19.07.2024. Copy of the amended application and the charge-sheet be filed before this Court as well as be given to the other side in advance.
