DATED :- AUGUST 14, 2024 By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition while releasing the applicant on bail in Criminal Application (BA) No.207/2024. 2.

Considering the nature of the offence, the applicant was released on anticipatory bail on condition that he shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on evert Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigating agency. 3.

Learned APP submitted that the applicant has not attended the police station and not cooperating with the investigation. Moreover, the investigation is still in progress.

Considering the statement made by the learned APP and considering the investigation is still in progress, no case is made out for relaxation of the condition.
