By this application, non-applicant No.1 sought permission to file charge-sheet in the matter. 2.

According to non-applicant No.1, certain material has been collected during the investigation and same is necessary to be placed on record, which would be helpful to this Court in deciding the present matter in its proper perspective. Hence, the application is allowed.

The applicant is granted leave to amend the present application immediately after the receipt of the charge-sheet. 5.

The prosecution is directed to file the charge-sheet within a period of two weeks. Upon filing of the charge-sheet, the applicant shall amend the application within a period of one week thereafter.

If the applicant appeared before the Magistrate, the copy of the charge-sheet should be provided to him by the trial Court.
