DATED :- AUGUST 21, 2024 By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition which is imposed by this Court while releasing the applicant on bail.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel that the applicant is a poor person and due to his financial position he is unable to furnish one surety in the amount of Rs.25,000/- within one month, and therefore, he is still behind bar. Hence, the condition imposed of furnishing the one surety be relaxed.

Learned APP strongly opposed the application.

Perused the order passed by this Court. Considering the nature of the offence the regular conditions are imposed as far as the prayer of the applicant is concerned which is allowed only to the extent of the period. In view of clause (iii) of the operative portion, the time is extended for next one month.

The applicant shall furnish the surety in the next one month from today.
